So I just gathered the last of the peas, lettuce and celery (on May 21st!).  We had sooo many snow peas because I planted a ton and then they just kept producing. But I already miss having them fresh! And the new plants &#8211; squash, zucchini, watermelon, cantaloupe, green beans and tomatoes (yes- I am trying Roma and cherry tomatoes although I\u2019m not eating them!) have just been planted so they are quite tiny. All of the perennials have gone crazy.  They have never seen so much water and cooler temperatures.  We actually had a sort of spring.  And then last week &#8211; summer.  As usual around here. So the newbies are really growing like crazy and I can\u2019t wait to see how big everything is by the time we get back.  Some of the fast growers may already have fruit.
